Phase 1

Market Fundamentals

Introduction to financial markets, investment vehicles, and basic terminology. Students complete exercises analyzing different asset classes and their historical performance patterns.

Phase 2

Risk & Return Analysis

Deep dive into risk measurement, correlation analysis, and return calculations. Includes practical workshops using spreadsheet models to evaluate investment scenarios.

Phase 3

Valuation Methods

Learn various valuation approaches including discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and ratio-based methods through real company case studies.

Phase 4

Portfolio Construction

Modern portfolio theory, diversification strategies, and asset allocation models. Students build sample portfolios and analyze their risk-return characteristics.
